We believe returns should feel as thoughtful and uncomplicated as the products we create.
Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, items must be returned:
In the same condition as received
Unworn and unused
With original tags attached
In original packaging
With proof of purchase
A 25% restocking fee will be deducted from approved refunds.

If your return is approved, we will share clear instructions on how and where to send your item.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and shipping labels are not provided.
Items returned without prior approval cannot be accepted.
Damages & Order Issues
Please take a moment to inspect your order upon arrival.
If something arrives damaged, defective, or not quite right, contact us promptly so we can thoughtfully resolve the issue.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Some items are final sale, including:
Custom or made-to-order pieces
Personalized products
Personal care items
Perishable goods
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
If you’re unsure whether an item qualifies for return, we’re always happy to guide you before ordering.
Exchanges
To keep things simple, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase (once approved) and place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and is inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
